New York – Aaron Justice has secured a $35 Million deal for a California based commercial real estate investment Start-up Company that will purchase below market commercial properties in high growth areas throughout the United States.
Mr. Wong, President of Dragon Monkey Investments is taking advantage of a market that enables him to acquire large and small scale commercial real estate properties at below market value rates. Although it’s easier for a tenant to find a place to live than it is for a borrower to obtain a commercial loan, Mr. Wong has found the solution to the problem for many aspiring commercial property owners. Being a start-up company, lacking enough cash and collateral wasn’t enough to make him give up on his dream of owning commercial real estate. Through structured collateral financing he was able to obtain an approval for his loan because he found a firm that would provide the collateral he needed and have a bank interested in financing his project.
As a structured collateral loan Mr. Justice was able to secure Mr. Wong’s deal through an International Project Finance Wall Street firm.
